Snapshots
Offseason Activities: I like playing golf and playing basketball with my brothers. I've also gotten into wake surfing.
Pregame Ritual: Usually I get home from school and nap for about an hour. I get to the rink probably three hours early, tape my sticks and just get ready.
Pregame Meal: I can really eat anything before a game, but if I had to pick something it would be steak and pasta.
Favorite Food: Lobster or clam chowder. Always a treat
Favorite Movie: I love movies, but probably Happy Gilmore
Favorite Hockey Themed Movie: Miracle
Person You'd Like To Meet: Tom Brady
Favorite NHL Team: Right now, Vancouver and the Devils obviously because my brothers are playing for them. When I was a little kid it was Toronto because I lived there.
What You Love About Hockey: Just playing the game, having fun and being with and having fun with the team. Just everything on ice too, skating, passing, competing and trying to beat someone and win a game
Dream Job: General manger in hockey or basketball. Something to do with sports would be a dream job of mine if I wasn't playing hockey.
Best Advice You've Been Given: I've been told to just have fun while I'm playing hockey. At the end of the day it's just a game so you've got to enjoy it and have fun.
What You Enjoy Most About The USA Hockey Program?
You get to compete against some of the best players in the country, and the environment is unbelievable. There are so many areas where you can get better here. You get out of it what you put into it.
Who Have Been Your Greatest Influences?
My two brothers have been the greatest two influences on my career so far. Whether it's little things on the ice or just being there for me whenever I need them.
Who Have You Modeled Your Game After?
Two of which are obviously my brothers, but also Shea Theodore on Las Vegas. The way he gets up the ice and the way he skates.
Favorite hockey memory?
One of my greatest experiences was playing against Russia in Russia. There were 13,000 fans which made it a crazy environment and really fun. It's something you dream about, especially wearing the USA jersey.
Why I Wear It (Uniform #): I always wore #6 because my brothers and my dad wore it and then #43 because both my brothers came through the program and wore it.
