After skating to victory at the Hockey Canada Cup in September, the U.S. Women’s National Team set out on the long road back to Vancouver for the 2010 Olympic Winter Games – a road called the Qwest Tour. Starting in St. Paul, Minn., the women of Team USA have been skating through a 10-game, nine-city tour across the United States, pitting America’s finest against the All-Stars of the WCHA, Hockey East and the ECAC, as well as the University of North Dakota and their international rivals, Canada and Finland. Along the way the team has met thousands of fans who have wished them well in their quest to bring home the gold.
