Michele Amidon became the first women’s hockey director at USA Hockey in 2006, helping to lead the U.S. Women’s Olympic Team to a silver medal at the Vancouver Olympic Winter Games. She has joined the American Development Model as a regional manager, focusing a large portion of her time on the development of girls’/women’s hockey in the United States.
